Browser-Swarm is an AI-powered autonomous web automation platform. Our mission is to help individuals and businesses automate repetitive web tasks through intelligent AI agents that simulate authentic browsing behavior in parallel. We provide the infrastructure to perform research, data extraction, and workflow automation at scale.

Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You may not make your access credentials or account available to others outside your organization, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your credentials.

When using our Services, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the instructions you provide to the AI agents and the resulting actions taken on third-party websites.

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate the Terms of Service, rate limits, or authorized access controls of target websites.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or deploy malicious code.
• Automate fraudulent transactions, create fake accounts, or manipulate platform engagement.
• Extract sensitive personal information or protected data without explicit consent.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights or proprietary information.

We reserve the right to monitor agent activity for compliance and may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these usage constraints without refund.

BROWSER SWARM PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the successful completion of all tasks due to the dynamic nature of target websites, anti-bot mechanisms, or potential AI model constraints. You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to automation infrastructure, not guaranteed extraction deliverables.

We assume no liability for the actions taken by third-party services (such as IP bans or account suspensions) resulting from your directed use of our agents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browser-Swarm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
